Oqua respects the intellectual property rights of creators, broadcasters, and rights holders. If you believe material available through Oqua infringes your copyright, send a notice that includes the information below.

Notice Requirements

Counter Notices

If your material was removed or disabled because of a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter notice with your contact information, identification of the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate federal court.

Repeat Infringement

Oqua may suspend or terminate access for channels or users that repeatedly infringe copyrights or repeatedly receive valid infringement notices.
